We have tested the upload system to work fine but since we are in beta stage if you encounter upload problem please email to support@zweetsal.com or post your upload problem here.
Currently our upload limit total filesize is 24 M, the total file size is for the design file, screenshot 1 - 4 and thumbnail file.
Please create the screenshot and the thumbnail using png 8 or jpeg with high quality or normal quality, don't use maximum quality jpeg.
As for the design, please compress your photoshop file and if the compressed file is still too large, please turn off the maximize compatibility options to make the file smaller.
