Does Chocolate really makes you fat?
Last time we told you about an awesome new study that found popcorn is almost as good for you as a piece of fruit. And now researchers have even better news: Chocolate keeps you thin.
Okay, sure—eating a few chocolate bars a day won’t help you drop lbs, but scientists had studied nearly 1,000 people and discovered that those who regularly eat the sweet stuff are slimmer than those who just nibble on it here and there.
Is Popcorn Healthier Than Fruit?
Popcorn has gotten a bad reputation over the past few years. First, we found out that movie popcorn is loaded with calories and preservatives, and then we learned that microwave popcorn releases nearly four dozen airborn chemicals when you open the bag. So yeah, we haven’t been dying to eat it lately.
But a new study found that some popcorn can actually be good for you. According to the research, the fluffy stuff may contain as many immune-boosting antioxidants as fruits and veggies.
Foods That Make You Bloat
You already know it’s a good idea to stay away from salty potato chips when you want to avoid belly bloat. But a new report found that other seemingly innocent foods are tripping you up.
According to the Center For Disease Control’s list of the top 10 sources of sodium, most of us get too much sodium from…bread and rolls. It’s not that they contain more salt than potato chips and junk food—we just eat them more because, until now, we didn’t realize they had so much sodium in them.
Foods that Burn Fat
With rising temps come rising hemlines, bare shoulders... and eventually, bikini season. Add these metabolism-boosting foods and drinks to your shopping list, and you'll score a leaner and sexier bod.
Chicken Breast
Meet the ultimate wonder food. Chicken is packed with protein, which is essential for maintaining muscle mass-and the more muscle mass you have, the more efficient you are at burning calories. Even better, protein takes more time to digest than carbohydrates, so you'll feel full longer than if you ate the same number of calories in a carb-or fat-heavy meal. An ideal serving: the size of a computer mouse or a deck of cards.

Fresh Foods You Shouldn’t Keep in Your Refrigerator
Now that spring has sprung, I'm loading up on more fresh veggies, and that has me thinking about the best way to store them to keep them at their freshest. I only go to the grocery store once a week, which means I have to keep my produce stored properly to avoid ending up with a giant pile of bad veggies ready for the compost pile at the end of the week .And as it turns out, the refrigerator is not the go-to storage unit for all your produce. Below are 5 types of produce you shouldn't keep in your fridge.
